That sounds a great story, who would of ever thought things would turn out like that so I guess you just never know what will happen in the future!

I had a look at your profile and you've been around everywhere! It must be great to be able to travel that much!

Scott,

2 days isn't long then, hopefully I will have it within the next week or so.

My bag arrived today, had a bit of a laugh trying it on I quite like it, will just be funny me trying to carry it when it's packed!

Did it feel comfortable and that? Does it feel really big on you? Are you going to fully pack it? Cause on some other forum discussion a lot of people say take as little as you can cause you will fill your bag as you go along!

Yeah it feels fine. Not sure if I could carry it for ages but thats why I decided to go for one with the options of pulling it too. Nah, not going to fully pack it, want to have room for stuff as I go. What to take is going to be a huge problem, I can never decide what to take for a weekend nevermind a year or longer!!

Random question, you taking a sleeping bag? I can't decide!

Yeah same here, I've got a problem when it comes to packing cause I've got to pack for real cold weather for America and Canada and then I've got to pack for the hot weather, be alot easier if I was doing just one or the other!

No I int taking a sleeping bag, I haven't really thought about that to be honest, if worse comes to worse then I will have to buy one out there! A sleeping bag will take up so much room that's the only problem!

I tell you what I did get, I got one of them travel towels that are light weight, roll up really small but are massive, and super absorbent!

Yeah, i'm starting to think the same thing. They are not exactly small things to carry just for the sake of it!

I've seen them towels, not got one though. I need to make a list of things to buy, random stuff like towels, toilet bag which hangs up... I keep forgeting I need things other than the obvious!

At the end of the day, it doesn't matter what you take once your out there your going to be wishing you had brought something else or see someone else with something you wish you had! Travelling is about making the best out of what you have, so I wouldn't worry too much about it :)

Yup coming up to my 3 year anniversary on the road! Life certainly never is what you expect it to be.
