Hello sijui,
India is a vast country and all sorts of activities and attractions are available here. Delhi will be the perfect place for landing & departing. Some of the major cities that are worth visiting are, Delhi, Jaipur, Agra, Kashmir, Goa, Kerala, Mumbai, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, the entire Northeast and much more.
One of the famous and popular adventure activities in India, which can be availed in Rajasthan state, is Hot Air Ballooning.

Kerala in the South is probably the most beautiful place I've ever been. Take a housboat cruise overnight from Alleppey and visit the Kolukkumalai tea plantation near Munnar. Seriously stunning and like stepping back in time.
