Hi there,
My name is Victor, a 25 years old spanish guy, currently living in Amsterdam.

I am planning a trip to South East Asia from october 2011 till...I spend all my money...6 months, one year or one month...who knows?

Basically, I am making an event calendar...so, If I go to Lopburi will be nice, but if I go for the monkey festival...much better. Same with Kho Phanghan and the full moon party...and many more events and parties.

I will be going to Bangkok by middle october, and from there I will improvise and follow other's plans or the other way around.
There is only one scheduled date...end of December, new year in Koh Phanghan, since I am going to meet my friends over there.

If someone is thinking of planning the trip this way, join me...or if you have any better idea or know of a nice event, say it and help me, I am still looking for ideas.

Well, I hope to get some nice new ideas and recruit some people to join me for a few months.

Thank you,
Victor

South East Asia is a really wide region and have many beautiful countries with exotic locations. At least mention which country you want to go and what kind of place are you looking for? Is your idea to visit historic, cultural or any place? I haven' t been to that region but have read and heard a lot about it. Help me to help you..

Hi Amy,
To be honnest...I don't know what I am going to do once I'm there, I'll go with that calendar I am making, but my intention is to improvise over there...Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Idonesia...I don't know.

For the moment I am looking for nice events, and once I'm there, maybe I meet other people with a better plan, and I join them, who knows?
I am looking for "I do what I feel like", just let it go and let's see!

For the kind of trip I want...do I have to choose between historic, cultural or partying...?
I believe I can do all of them at the same trip, hehe!

I hope you can give me some tips with this "no idea" plan, hehe!

Victor
