That's lucky I caught you then.
So you would really not recommend it? Soooo many people are saying it's a waste of money, and it is about £450 so it is a big chunk of my budget, but I just like the idea of the first week being sorted, and knowing they sort things out for you, like a bank account etc, and I've heard how easy they are to do, but I'm just so nervous about not doing something right or forgetting. I'm sure I could probably book all the tours cheaper and find a cheaper hostel but I feel like I need to do this and then afterwards I'll be ok to go in my own. Ahhhhhhh I just wish I had the confidence. I think I will when I'm there, just at the moment it's so scary!
I go on the 15th August and land 17th xx

What city you arriving at?

I wouldn't say I not recommend it, as I never did it, I'm sure if you did it you'll have a great time, but you can save yourself money by booking them yourself. All the activities and stuff they do, you can book through your hostel at reception, and they can usually get you discounts, if not through your hostels, if you don't want to book through hostel theres loads of agencies trying to sell you trips, and as they want the custom, you can usually drop their prices down.

Tax file number is easily obtained through website once you arrive in Oz, you can get a bank account by choosing any of the banks and asking for one. Not sure what else they offer on UltimateOz, but you get the jist..

I can understand you thinking like that, I was exactly the same, but if I can sort these things out.( Im not the most organised person at a best of times) then anyone can. Just make a checklist to make sure you dont forget anything, loads of websites out there to help with that something like this as an example.

Louise: Awesome.... You'll have an awesome time in Sydney, be aware that its probably the most expensive city in Oz, so take plenty of monies :-)

Hattiejenks: Ye nervousness will always be there unlesss your a robot..especially on your own. But you'll be fine, you meet people and make friends easy in hostels. Then you'll wonder why you were so nervous.

You'll both have an awesome me!
