Hi guys.... Just planning my route round SEA what I'm wanting to do is enter Laos form thailand where I will get a visa on the border, then travel down the mekong river via slow boat to Luang Prabang I'm then going to travel around northern/central laos and hopefully then head over to Vietnam, Hanoi where I will travel south. What I was wondering is if anyone know's is if I can re enter Laos from Vietnam on the same visa I originally purchased from the border as long as it's within the 30 days of issue????? Any help on the matter is muchly apprciated, also if anyone is planning a similar route or will be in the area around the end of June/July/August, would be great to here from you....!!!!!!!! Thanks all and happy travels x
I think you can re-enter as long as it is within the visa dates, Laos should not be a problem, as you can always get another visa on entry.
I'm not sure if you are a UK resident, but I have to get my visa for Vietnam before I leave. This covers you for 30 days. You make the decision when getting it on whether to get a single entry or multi entry visa. Obviously if you get the multi entry you can come and go as you please as long as it is within the visa dates.
I am heading over there in September...I leave September 6th for Bangkok.... how long are you around for?
Thanks for the info...
Im gonna be over there until mid november i think, then off too Oz... what are your plans, are you around for the fmp on the 12th of Sept....?????
