Hi there,

how are you doing, travellers?
I'm planning to travel to Oz in July 2011 but as I would feel a bit lonely on my own I'm looking for a travel companion (male or female).
Is anyone interested in joining? I do not have a fixed plan yet, but I'd like to travel 1-2 months, definitely including the East coast and the biggest cities and most famous sights.
To introduce myself: I'm 20 years old, female and I always have wanderlust :-)
I am a bit experienced in travelling (I lived in Ireland for half a year), but it's my first time backpacking.

Hope to hear from you all soon!!!

hello there, im natalie a 21 year old student whos decided not to waste her 6 weeks uni leave so im planning on going to australia in mid july for 5 weeks, just doing the east coast and have no idea which end to start!
travelling alone and also never backpacked! an extra buddy wouldn't be a miss ha. i live in the north of england so more than likely ill be flying from here rather than lonon or down south. do i fit the bill lol?? get in touch if your plans are still a go ahead as the whole reason i joined the site was to try and find people doing the same.

Hi Natalie,

great to hear from you.
I want to see Sydney, Melbourne, Cairns and Alice Spings with Ayer's Rock. What are your plans? What would you like to see? I'm from Germany.
