What's the weirdest/most interesting dish or food you've tried while travelling?

That has to be Waterbuffalo in Nepal and Kudu Kebab in Zambia. Very nice, better than beef.
I wasn't in an adventureous mood when our Camp Coordinator in Nsumbu NP brought out the Ants and fried Termite Queens, so I missed that opportunity.
But the meals we cooked during that time would certainly qualify as unsual, we even attempted to make Chips with Sweet potatoes. Yeah, a lack of ingredients forces you to experiment with what you've got.

It's all happening too fast for me, although it slowed down a bit at the moment, so I can catch after finishing my work for the moment.
There should be a TP therapy centre for people like me who are totally addicted - preferably somewhere warm and interesting with maybe a nice little jungle or forest to walk around and think about what to post next.
