Had something similar yesterday - "Thought you had that finished by now? How much have you got? I thought you got that fixed..."

You should hug your screen while on the forum, that would be like hugging all the people on it.

Or what I usually do in situations like this - bang your forehead on the desk! It takes a bit of practice but if you do it properly it doesn't hurt at all and you get most effect - you can't pay for all those shocked faces!

Thank you, I haven't had a hug in ages, not since Africa.
Anyway, is you're Boss wearing a tie? If yes, here's a riddle for him: What's the difference between a cow's tail and tie? The cows tail covers all of the a.... (you get the drift...)

As for the banging, Nikki. It's banging my head on the desk, people might get strange ideas. I am strange, I admit, but not that strange. Give me some credit here.

mmm...i wonder if i could get away with telling him that joke on the next office night out!

I did now, yes. I don't have a TV and I tend not to read the newspapers, there's too much sh... in it. To me it seems more and more that the Media make their money with bodybags and celebrity gossip.

I know. I have to keep reminding myself everytime I watch the news or read the papers that I'm getting a version of events....it's so easy to accept what's put before you....

I was going to go back to college next yr to do a Masters in Journalism but I'm not sure if I'm convinced that I want to be what most journalists seem to be these days.....

How many journalists are really afforded the privilege of reporting the truth? I'm not sure....

Anyway, I'm pretty disappointed about Nepal. Hopefully things will settle down there again before long...

God, i just noticed I have a nasty habit of not finishing my sentences.
