Hey guys

I've got a WVH and going to OZ next week, starting in Sydney! not got any solid plans, as want to keep things as flexible as possible, and see how i like each place as to how long i spend there etc.... IM now wondering if it will be best to buy a bus pass and travel that way? ie OZ experience hop on off Sydeny - Cairns OR greyhound kilometer pass?

Has anyone used either of these?, do you's think it will work out cheaper?, Or just go with the original idea and wing it when there???

A lot of people use Greyhound for travelling, but it will depend where you want to go and what you want to see in between. At the moment internal air travel is very cheap, but obviously you wouldn't get to see anything between airports. I haven't used Greyhound or OzExperience, but in my opinion Greyhound looks better. Maybe check them out when you get here...

hey i'm in melbourne at the minute and my original idea was to use oz adventure and travel up the coast by bus but it would have taken 15 hours just to get to sydney so i thought screw that and then found some really good deals on and only booked them yesterday for next week it was cheap as chips then im gonna do more by bus once im in the area because alot of people ive met have said the bus is a nightmare.
hope that helps

Thanks guys, i looked at internal flights and found some really good deals too, when i spoke to the travel agent the bus sounds like a great idea althougt a lot of cash to pull out before even leaving home - and yea the thought of a 15 hour plus bus ride doesnt sound appealing!!! think im gonna wait till i get there.

If anyone can offer any more suggestion they will be greatfully received
