Im a Landlord here in London and its so easy but I cant find websites like what we have here like findaproperty etc etc

Dont know if we could take a punt on going to Sydney in December and hoping to find a place. Alot of places i see on the net is minimum 6 months plus it dont say what deposit is needed and if we need to be working professionals and not raving party animals :)

Leaving sunny old London town on the 4th September, heading to thailand first for a couple of weeks then will be in Perth for the 19th - Its gonna be mayhem!

Alreet, im in SYD from sept 24th will be staying there for around 6 months!

I was in a similar position and ended up staying at a place called Ashfield Manor. It's a B&B 10 minutes by train from the centre of Sydney, and they do very reasonable weekly rates, it is pretty nice too.
