Many foreigners avoid traveling to Morocco alone. They usually opt for traveling in groups. I think their worries are misplaced. Morocco is not as dangerous as it seems. terrorist attacks have struck many countries even the most secure. So don't hesitate and enjoy your stay here in Morocco. There are many sightseeing that deserves taking the risk.

To laugh, is to risk playing the fool

To weep, is to risk appearing sentimental

To reach out to another, is to risk involvement

To expose feelings, is to risk exposing our true selves

To put your ideas, your dreams, before the crowd is to risk loss

To love, is to risk not being loved in return

To live, is to risk dying

To hope, is to risk despair

To try at all, is to risk failure

But risks must be taken,

Because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing,

The person who risks nothing, does nothing, has nothing, is nothing.

They may avoid suffering and sorrow, but they simply cannot learn, change, feel, grow, love, liveā€¦

Chained by their attitudes they are slaves.

Good point from Sanasoft. Morocco has female Judges, Government Ministers, Ambassadors... where are all the female tour guides?

I know of one medina guide in Marrakech (Naoma), but if there are others out there, please get in touch!
