Hi all, I am planning for my holidays with couple of friends. Please if someone can suggest me about the places to visit, stay and night-life venues, etc. for European countries. Also how to get there (travel agents, cheap flights).

for accommodation options, i highly recommend roomorama... it's a service which helps home owners to match their rooms / apartments available for rent, to holidaymakers. saves quite a fair bit cos hotels are pretty expensive in europe. heh..

roomorama has listings available in quite a number of countries... so check them out. u can read abt my experience with them here:

also... as what everyone else mentioned... what kind of trip are you looking for? maybe u can tell us ur interests (nature, sightseeing, photography, food, culture, history?) etc so we can help u pick out places that are worthy of your time and money to travel to!

Hi michelljackson,

Thanks for sharing your great information, according to my experiences Roman Coliseum is One of the best place in Europe. This grand site was originally a huge amphitheater that could seat more than 50,000 people. With amazing ancient architecture, even in disrepair, this is a magnificent site that you definitely have to see.
Another place is Buckingham. This Palace has been the residence of British royalty, and what would a trip to Europe be without taking the time to see the home of the Queen of England. If you visit during August or September you will even be able to see inside the State Rooms of Buckingham Palace.

Thanks a lot
