Sorry, "in other tabs or other windows" (it's irrelevant if it's a tab or a window, just that it was open). Basically, I should've asked "Did you have any other travellerspoint page open while writing your reply?" (As a tab-junky, it just didn't occur to me you might not be using tabs.)
I think you answered that question with no, but just want to be certain. (This'd rule out interaction with your session from another page as a possible culprit.)
You are correct, Sander, my answer is no. Had no other TP pages open anywhere. (Kris and I play the 'tab/page open' game too. I'm used to it. "Do you have a tab open?" "Do you mean a page down in the dock?" "Well, yeah, I think so." PC only and Mac only users - gotta love 'em!)
I had nothing TP-related open anywhere. And, I was using Macs so no 'tabs'. I have a dock where I park my boats. (I wish - a dock and a boat - means water.) Final answer - no TP pages open at any time during either incidence. I hope that helps!
ps: send me some water and a boat as I am a pirate and I'm dryin' out...
Do you remember if you were visiting any other pages on travellerspoint in other tabs between starting to write the post and clicking preview? (And if so, which pages those were?)
Not sure if it would help as Isadora has said no, but my answer to this is possibly yes. I tend to open a number of threads up in tabs, and then go through each tab. After starting to write a reply I might have gone through the other tabs to clear them before returning to the thread I was replying to - not 100% on this, but it's very possible as I remember my reply was fairly detailed and I may have wanted to clear easier tabs.
The only pages I had open simultaneously, while writing my response, were for non-TP websites. I used them for the links about animal transport, Cyprus regulations, etc. in the GT thread. Looking at the links again, none are from TP. Everything Jun and I discussed about getting Wafe out of Singapore was done through PMs. I didn't have any of those open since those discussions were several months ago and not necessary to revisit.
As Holmes always says: "Watson, the game is afoot." Happy sleuthing...
