Hello Everyone! I am new to this site, therefore I haven't had the time to add friends, and decorate my profile. just to be brief and short, I am really, very interested in Scandinavia. For now, I'll ask about Sweden:)

It sure is a very general question, but how do the Swedes think? What is their worldview on let's say..Americans, French, Asians and so on..?

How is the temperature like? How is Stockholm? Are there lots of shopping malls? are there cafes? Are there alot of mixed races there?

Are respect and manners a huge thing there? In france, manners are unbelievably important.

What do swedes do that may surprise many other people? Behavior wise...etc.

These are alot of questions, but anything one may know about Sweden is deeply appreciated!
Thank you for your time:)
I am curious..
Odilets.

It's very difficult to answer an open question like that, but in general the Swedes I've met are like most Scandinavians I've met. Pleasant, easy-going, kind etc. They speak English well and travel a lot, but like most Scandinavians love spending summers 'at home' as well.

Stockholm is a nice city. Lots of water around, good shopping, tons of cafes etc.

It's interesting you write about how manners are so important for the French. The perception I have seen a lot of people have of the French is that if you don't speak French, they can be quite rude.
