We are planning a 3 week holiday coming from Bali arriving in Darwin.
We would like to look around go on to Perth and spend some time touring there.
We are over 60 years old.
What are good options?

When are you flying in to Darwin? If it's between now and February it's likely to be quite humid up that way, although coming from Bali you might not notice. If you spend some time in Darwin a flight over Kakadu might be worthwhile especially if the wet season is in full swing as the waterfalls are spectacular. I'm not sure how much of Litchfield National Park will be open but visiting there would also be great.

The coast south of Perth is pretty spectacular and you might enjoy Rottnest Island and spending some time around Busselton and the Margaret River wine region - I've got some pictures of the area in my gallery. If you can, I'd recommend hiring a car and driving around the region, this way you can choose what to visit and spend your time the way you want to.
