Hey what's up guys. Well I am very much into traveling(duh we all are hence the forum) and I was curious to find out about jobs that deal with lots of traveling around the world specificly. Anyone here have any jobs where they travel quite a bit? I am just curious because I just started college and I am not sure what I want to do, but I do know one thing - I want to Travel. Thanks for the help.
Well, i want to get into fashion and at the mo am working my way up in management so its easier to get into buying, or merchandising, especially if your country based-you will go everywhere, just depends what company you're working for!
Being an area manager...that takes you places-not quite so far wide spread, depending on how far you want to go. I mean with fashion you can be local or go right out there. Depends on what you're interested in!
Teaching thats another good one...useful in many countries and is so much easier to get into.
Travel journalism...that's where I'm headed
I started off as an electrician, and have been working away from home for years, but these days I don't think it matters what you do as long as your good at it!
I'm studying tourism in college here in Finland and our teachers said that even if you're studying tourism and after studies heading for work dealing with tourism you're not guaranteed to get a job where you can travel. One friend of mine is working for AMEX as a part time and she's travelling quite alot..hmm..and also if you go for flight-attendant-job you're guaranteed to see the world.
Good luck with everything!
