Hi,

I have multiple authors on my blog, but for some reason their photos are not appearing in my blogs photo gallery, how can i make this possible? Also, how can I create a link to my blogs video gallery on my blog?

Thanks very much!

I think each author can only select their own photos to include when writing blog entries. This because the photo picker shows both public and "private" photos. But what you can do is navigate to the photos from other authors in their regular photo galleries, copy the URL of the photo (right-click on the photo and select "copy photo location" (or similar, depending on your browser)), and manually create the img tag for showing the photo:
[img=the-copied-url-here]

Sander is right with regards to embedding in posts, although I guess you might be referring to the photo gallery that shows in the navigation of your blog? I can see how it might make sense to include the photos of other authors there too, but have honestly never thought about it till now.

I see that if you are viewing an authors page, for example this one, it does show their photos, but when viewing either the entire blog, or a sinle entry posted by one of the authors, it's defaulting to the photos of the person that set up the blog. There's a bunch of multi-author blogs that I can think of where it wouldn't be a good idea to create a combined gallery showing photos from all the users by default, but perhaps on each individual entry page it would make sense to show photos by that author. Anyone have any thoughts/preferences on this?

No option to automatically generate videos in the navigation, but you can add links to the navigation at any time using the Manage > Links option. Your video gallery link is http://www.travellerspoint.com/member_video_gallery.cfm?user=WhiteHorseJapan

I think the only way to make everyone satisfied with which photos are showing in the navigation, would be to make it a setting that users can control. But that then adds extra complexity which also has its drawbacks.
