Hello, my name is Ben and I'm 26 from London, England.
I am currently looking into traveling to Thailand and surrounding countries this November. Planning is still in its first stages, aside from lonely planet books and maps I have yet to finalise anything apart from the general locations. I am looking to travel and roam for a few months and would like to know if any like minded people fancy joining me. =)
I am looking to experience all of the ranging diversities that Thailand has to offer, from the busy street markets of Bangkok, to the remote jungles temples of Chiang Mai and of course white sand beaches of Puket, Railey and Krabi. I am interested in treks, visiting historical sites, adventure sports, rock climbing, skydiving, diving, beaches, volunteering at conservation sites and just taking it easy. After settling down on Thai ground I may also look into traveling to surrounding countries or even bag down for a few months. I have found a few teaching programs that i might consider joining or even re building projects in Pucket...
If you are interested in venturing into Thailand, and you are in the first stages of planning and would like to team up please feel free to get in contact.
You can contact me through my facebook, or message me here.

I Have just seen your post her on travellerspoint about you going to Thailand from Nov 2011.
My name is Michael Allen, and im a 27 year old guy from Denmark (half irish/half danish) and Im going to Thailand from the 4.th of nov and until the 30.th of nov - Im flying in and out of BKK. (landing on the 5.th early morning). These dates are fixed due to work and exams back in DK in the beginning of dec.
I would love to meet up and travel around for the whole period or just some of the time.
My ideas so far is to go north (Chang mai, and then go south to the beaches to get my diving sertificat) - And of corse experience Bangkok´s crazy city life and to do some shopping /visit a tailor etc. - But im open for plans - just want to have a nice time during my stay and get the most out of my aproxx. 26 days.
I dont know if you are aware of all the flooding in Thailand (north) and now BKK (no water and noodles left - people are being evacuated an the are hamstring food and water... The inner BKK should be fine so far though.
More about me; Im easy going, social and easy to be around. I like sports, travels etc.
Hook me up on Facebook if you would like to talk more and think that it could be interesting to meet up.

Tried to find you on Fb, but there seems to be a lot of "Ben Pearce".
All the best,
Im afraid that I have been equally unsuccessful at finding you on Facebook also, I even tried cross referencing Copenhagen but to no avail.
Yes, sadly I'm aware of the flooding and have been monitoring it closely. i have a few friends Thai side at the moment, all of which are down south near Pucket.
What do you study? I presume you will be lying from Copenhagen straight to Bangkok. have you travelled much in the past?
My Facebook picture is the same red toned face as my profile picture here.
Take it easy,
Hiya! I have a flight booked for tomorrow, I've posted in the travel companions forum, please read my post to see if you're interested in meeting :-)
