What's this guys ?!?!
Does anyone other agencies to promote?
[ Edit: I agree Beppe (hence the deleted advertising posts...) ]
I am an Indian too from Mangalore,Karnataka. My intention was not to promote business by starting this thread.......am not even in the tourism business! Hence, please refrain from posting your adverts in this thread.Instead, help the potential travellers by guiding and advising them inorder to make their trip to India extremely memorable.

Amazing how that happens sometimes with tour agencies....
I recommend adding your details to the travel helper area so that people can contact you if they have any questions. This will also mean that if anyone posts a question about India in the forum, you will be sent an email so that you can respond.
A post in the forum that you can help tends to drown out pretty fast with the amount of new posts being added every day so signing up as a travel helper makes sure anyone with questions is able to find you
Thanks for the tip.......cheers!

do you have any idea what would make a good itinerary for someone who just wanted to enjoy themselves and didn't want to worry about organising difficult transport or that sort of thing for about 6 days. i get in PM March 7 and the tour starts AM March 13. We spend the first 2 weeks in India, taj mahal etc etc but i want to find something to do for that first week. i will be based at a hotel 10 kms out of new delhi

Sometimes well-intentioned "guiding" can turn into "misguiding". Let the mere mortals seek you out if they really need help
epiggy, to answer your question...
does your trip starts from Delhi? What places are included in your trip? Except Taj and Delhi? Does in include Rajasthan? If not think about it... 7 days may be enough to see two places.. like Jaipur and Jaiselmer
Also, think about Corbett National Park or Kanha National park , both are great.
Some other places(though they may be cold in march), Shimla, Manali, Delhousie
These are a few places which are pretty
