Hi there!
First of all, I'm sorry if you guys feel like I'm flooding the place, but I'm too excited about this trip and I want to get as many useful information as possible.
I want as many opinions as possible on this:
I'm going to Tel-Aviv on the 27th of December, and have to go back to Amsterdam on the 27th of January, and I want to travel middle east-mediterranean coast.
I want to ask how would you choose the amount of days you would spend on:
a) Israel/Jordan/Egypt
b) Mediterranean coast (from Athens to Barcelona/Lisbon)
My plan is to go to as many places as possible, since I might not be able to afford coming back to Europe, at least in the short-run future.
My first guess was 12 days a)/18 days b)
I would greatly appreciate your opinions.

I think it's doable
I saw the places you'd like to visit written in another post, and if you count with
3 days in Athens
1 day (at least) of travelling between Athens and Dubrovnik
1 day in Dubrovnik (+1 day extra if you want to visit an island)
1 day of travel between Dubrovnik and Venice
1 day in Venice
1 day in Florence
3 days in Rome
1 day in Milan (I would skip Milan)
1 day of travel between Italy and Barcelona
3 days in Barcelona
3 days in Lisbon
Yes, 18-20 days should be enough for the Mediterranean Coast!! I can't help you with the amount of days needed in the Middle East though, haven't been there yet!

Remember to get the benefit of one full day you will need to stay 2 nights.
Always allow for travel people forget this and wonder why they are so tired at the end of the trip.
I think it's better to see fewer places but really enjoy the stay and not remember the amount of traveling you did.
