It turns out this was a display put on by LG to promote their new phone, Optimus One. Read about it here. I am not sure it is still up and running.
Wow, I missed the LG promotion, but in Berlin you always have cool things happening. Check out painting reality, which took place on a busy intersection in 2010. Pretty awesome!!
