i know an aussie who came for a long weekend! still here 3 years on the daft cow! sure feck if yer in this neck of the woods gives us a shout and i'll 'shtand ya' a drinkeen(probably not cos i'd find that too weird as you may well too, plus i'm notoriously stingey! and i only say that to keep up the whole welsoming ireland bit!) if ya need any more help....! and i'm not talkin help with you jokes cos there nothin only a full sense of humour transplant could fix! only messican!
god i should read over what i write, what a load of dung talk!
oh my-haha!!! er...well what can i say!! you sound like you ramble just as much as me-lol!-you may take offense to that-but i'm judging that you wouldn't!!!!
ok so now i am really rambling-but i'm sure it would all make perfect sense to you!!!!!!!! whey!!!!!!!
what do you mean! rambling i've never heard such complete..... oh wait yes i fully understand! but you can hardly compare austrailia with ireland i mean for one theres the size! and two there's the fact that austrailia's full of con's, oh wait they were our cons!!!-----now thats ramblin!
you have any luck with flights yet, weekend times are more expensive as you well know durin the week it'd only be a few cent!
Jesus man-i can imagine the converstaion we would have-well not have, we'd be in a world of our own talking-oops...i'll re-phase that-rambling to ourselves!!
I have had the best day ever at work-dossed all day but-well i can! was on the phone running up the work bill trying to sort out my motor insurance, hehe!!
oh and got some flight details for Oz-good god ive found a decent travel agent, wahoo!!! hallelujah!!!
I asked for a flight to Ireland-well i'll have to go at the weekend BUT the travel agent wasn't sure if the price was right-as i had the same problem myself, it seems really extortionate-£150!
Although thats is from Luton, straight to Galway, i was thinking London to Dublin for about £40 and then the flight from dublin to Galway-which apparantly is dirt cheap-few pounds!
You got any sort of clue??
I'm just a dumb ass LOL
Jas, check out Ryanair for somewhere in the region of 6 weeks ahead at least and usually midweek to midweek fligths r cheapest with them! (e.g. When i went to Norway on a Tuesday and came back the following Thurs all for £75). I Had it booked from end of July for travel 1st week of Sept.
Check it out ! r even better i know a nother website for cheep fares. PM for the address!
why don't u go to the southern dublin coast? I'd been living there, in Dalkey for about 6 months, and it's quite good...relaxing in the countryside and just 20 mins away of Dublin. If u wanna meet nice people I suggest u to go to a nice pub in Blackrock called "Wicked wolf"
lil J, when are you going to be in Ireland?
HI, You seem pretty set about Galway which is completly fantastic but I must admit my favourite part of the country is Kerry!!! You could fly into Shannon with Ryanair and then get a bus to Kerry. THe town I would reccomend is Dingle but not just for the town there are so many fantastic little places near to it. If not on this journey you shoud come back and do it another time!!!
thanks alli-i'm only set on Galway as ive heard its a great little place- me...i know absolutely nothing!!
Josette-well i am planning to go sometime March maybe April-the way work went today-hmmm...i'll go tomorrow, lol! i want to do it pretty sharpish as i want to book my Oz ticket!
Thanks guys for all your help...i'm still looking into flight you know! thought it would be easy to get to Ireland from Uk and cheap!
