To those of you who don't wish to have kids.... I wonder where you'd be if your parents thought the same...
I have one.... so I already know... and she's almost old enough to fly the coop....
Kids are just fine.... it's some of those parents that need to be locked up

The same could said about your grandparents, great grandparents, and so on. What if there was no electrical blackout at the time of you conception?

Dear god no, although i'm guessing they may make "baaa" sounds...

I love kids and have god children who i adore, but mmuch though i love spending tiem with them, or taking them on day trips etc, i'm always happy to return them to their parents afterwards, and go back to being me.

The idea of me having kids is just wrong from so many points of view.
I can see i may (and probably will) want to have kids in the future, but not yet. At the moment it would involve such a seismic change to my lifestyle etc that i don't even want to contemplate it.

Family members are always se cutest little children ever!
I hope I start to think about having kids in about 10 years, and not before! :)

kids are very much like parents - all the essential behaviours are learned in the family. The more time, efford and love you put into parenting - the more chance your kids will be happy and succesful in their lifes.

a lot of criminals/people with anti-social be behaviours come from dis-functional families with a low level of formal education.

as to having babies - finding a partner with kids already grown partially solves the problem.

Funny you should say that Peter, my son recently turned 1, and I swear he's a mini-me! Might post a photo at some point.
