Given how full your itinerary is, it might indeed make sense to skip Sevilla, though personally I absolutely love the city, and thought that Granada (outside of the Alhambra) was a significantly less interesting city.

Personaly I would rather skip Cordoba than Sevilla. I agree with Sander here. If you stick with only Granada you can spend some time at the Alhambra and some time in the centre but that is about it, unless you want to make daytrips from here. (Sierra Nevada, Gaudix, Jaen etc.) So one whole day, and some time on an other (If you arrive early, and you have an afternoon, so 1 day and a half is enough.) I think it would depend a bit on you flight out to Barcelona.

Spain just has a lot to offer, so you can't see it in one travel, so whatever you skip now, has to go on the wishlist for next time. :)
