I'm probably very biased in my answer, but I make friends easiest with Americans and Brits. There are also a lot of friendly Canadians, but I'm partial to the USA.

i think old danish people are incredibly fun and they know how to have a good time!!! haha but that's only based on one experience, so i don't know how legitimate that is.... as for Canadians, almost every single person i've met from canada, we can find some friend of a friend or business partner that we're both associated with... or we both grew up in the same town, but at different times, or we both traveled here, etc...
as for other nationalities that i acquaint with easily, i would have to say germans, irish, and brits... germans because they all travel so much and i always have tons of chances to meet them... the irish because boy, do they ever know how to drink...!!! haha and the british because....well, who can't love the british? trying not to generalize (lol), but they are the funniest people i have ever met, and they sure know how to have a good time...!!
personally, i've always had pleasant experiences with every nationality, and i dont have any reason NOT to like any of them!!! i always love meeting new people!!

I have a harder time connecting w/ Italians... Probably cause I always bring up Sweden knocking them out of Euro 2004... =)

My favorite people tend to be Australians. I like the sense of humor and adventure so peculiar to them. But when your in backpackerland, nationalities seem to fade away. The backpacker culture surpasses other cultural boundries. It's like a world-wide brotherhood of friendly people who need a shower just as bad as you do.
If I must choose a least favorite however, I would have to pick Germans. Nothing personal to you Germans out there, we just clash.

I agree with Chiquitita about Danes. And no, it's not just the one. I've spent some time in Copehagen and have lots of Danish friends I met in South America, and they are a blast! The only thing I know how to say in Danish is "Pass me the Gammel Dansk".

Ive just been in South East Asia for 3 months and Id actually have to say the nicest people i met were the locals. Always so friendly and sincere.

Otherwise...probably australians...they were always so polite! but they really should burn the bandana's that they all seem to wear in thailand.

Dudes, Being a Kiwi, that's lived in OZ, England France Germany and now Switzerland, I'd say the French are the worst. Pack of moaning Wankers.
