I'm going to portugal in 2 weeks and planning on visiting more than 1 city ( perhaps 3) . How can I plan such a travel? is there a website where i can put the cities where i wanna go and it just plans it for me?

Portugal has good public transport at reasonable prices. Buses and in some parts trains. Or you can hire a car.
Decide where and when you want to go and you can book accommodation: lowcostholidays, hostelbookers and the like.
The only way you will get everything planned for you is on a tour (available from local travel agents, at a price).
