For me there could be different things. One thing to wind down and relax is definitely taking out my guitar and start strumming and singing along, until my neighbours decide to hang up pictures on their walls and the hammering gets too irritating.
The other thing is taking a walk - head out into the countryside for a day and just walk or out into the city, just wherever my feet carry me, looking at what's around me or just concentrating on putting one foot in front of the other...
Or one thing I discovered in Africa - smile. Just sit down and put a smile on your face for a minute or even longer, it makes you feel great... I used to do this for quite a long time usually and you could see the others getting slightly worried....

haha! my neighbour DJ's in his garage and as my room is right above the garage it's like a bloomin club-but i get my own back-it's quite handy coz i can turn up my music really loud-and i mean really-it shocks me sometimes-and they can't complain about the noise!!

Scheme 1: close the door, shut the window, and sing as loud as I can with music;shedding tears for a few seconds;keep on singing till I get tired.
Scheme 2: buy a looot of junk food which I usually keep away from, and eat as much as I like; meanwhile reading a fashion magazine or watch DVD to stuff both my stomach and mind.
Scheme 3: lie in bed and imagine I were a piece of dumped garbage;sometimes I suppose myself a lying deadbody without the ability to feel anything at all.
All those above help release myself, and after a sleep(`cos all above end in a sound sleep), I`m a refreshed and alive person again!

lil j,I had an interview with Cosmopolitan last Friday. Very unsure that they`ll accept me `cos I`m lack of relative working experience, but that`s what I really wanna have.

My answer is a bit like #18...

What keeps me on track is my husband. He is "the one" for me. Our love is what keeps us happy!!

Zhou-that's brill-even if you don't get the job-it's all experience and they wanted to interview you in the first place!-well done!

I think i was due to leave college or had left college and i was emailing Charlotte Robinson-who is-or was (not sure if she still is) PA to Zandra Rhodes!!-but the emails stopped then i emailed again and some bloke was emailing back and again it just ended.

I always remember my art teacher at school saying to me and my mum-this was the last year at school-that he could imagine me as the next Zandra Rhodes-at the time i didnt know who she was until i went to college and then had a project to do on her-i'm not that zany!! lol!

I hate all that qualification-i'd rather not be in debt and be searching for a job-thats why i chose not to go to uni-wanted an apprenticeship-they are sooo hard to get! i applied fo a buying job a while back, i'm just working up in management and maybe once ive travelled i'll pick up where i left off and will have enough confidence to apply for buying or merchandising!

Wow-what a load of ramble-but i could go on for hours taling about fashion/job etc!!

So sorry to bore you all to tears!

Experience and training is all thats needed not qualifications written down on paper!

Let me know how it all goes though!! fingers crossed!
