Quoting Josette

My quote didn't work?
The above is attributed to Wocca :)

Money-means absolutely nothing, ppl get funny over money-just not worth the hassle if you ask me!

But anyway..of course the guy has to be attractive-to you anyway-i feel you have to be attracted to them in the first place then you get to know them-this is where personality kicks in, and you either like them or you dont-as simple as that i would say.

Unless it's a mate that you've known for a while then you start to see the attractive qualities about them!

If you ask me of course physical appearance plays a part-you wouldn't be human if not-at first anyway!

But at then end of the day personality makes or breaks you as an 'item.'

Got it in one lil j, it's human nature. You can't fight it. They could be the most caring person in the world but if you ain't got some attraction to them then it's pointless.

On that note, but going off on a tangent... Have you ever noticed that, when you're with someone you like very much, suddenly you find people who look like him/her rather attractive? I used to be attracted to very tall men, now I turn my head at big blue eyes. Funny, that.

physical appearance is important - but I think we are attracted to the majority of opposite sex. So the other factors have to play a role.

Money can't make Happy but it can make you feel safe! I dont't like this for myself but had to learn that its true!
Besides this I fell in love with someone I never though I could! And I wouldn't change him for nothing!

why must those things be exclusive of each other?
for me, personality is the most important part, but in my experience, the other two also play important roles in the relationshp. a friend once told me that it's silly to focus solely on looking for a great personality..b/c what if you leave out someone who hasa great personality AND great looks AND money? why want part ofthe package when you can look for the whole thing? and yes i believe such a package exists. i love myself enough to know that i deserve what i concieve to be a perfect man...all attributes included. at this point, i would rather hold out for him as opposed to settling for less b/c i am afraid such perfection doesn't exist...however, i do find that i am attracted to men that have a deep and rich personality, and so far i ahve found that this does not always combine with "model" looks and stockbroker bank account. but when you love someone, i find that they are attractive no matter if they look like a model or not. i find that if i can connect with someone heart to heart, that is the whoever i can actually sit down and have a real conversation with is usually chosen over whoever waves expensive gadgets and hairdos in my face.
in saying that, if i am out to have a shallow, non-commitment fling, of course i'm going to find the choicest piece of meat...(piece of meat? i'm really kidding...)
hard to generalize...girls are indiviual, and also individual is what they are looking for at any given moment...i imagine it's the same for guys, yes?
what do men prefer? $130 000 of silicon, or 130 IQ?

I'm with you, Tam. A beautiful man who looks in the mirror all day and can't get verb tenses right would drive me insane!

What the hell's a verb tense?

Past perfect

What the hell's a verb tense?

Past, past perfect, present, future... What I meant was someone who says things like "I go-ed to the store" or "I talked-ed to her yesterday."
