The trend now is to complicate everything, like having 300-1000 apps in your ipad or Facebook.
Base on wikipedia, I won't need a Visa to Sri Lanka. But upon visiting the website of Sri Lanka, I can't find the term TOURIST VISA... The first thing you will see is Employment Visa, as if people from the third world would only go to Sri Lanka for employment.
Then after a view minutes, I found a link and it talks about ETA- Electronic T. A.- it's probably Electronic Travel Approval... It is essentially a Visa application, But no you won't see the word Visa... It's called ETA and I am rolling my eyes as I read further...
For a while, I thought I'd go to Sri Lanka. But the embassy website seem like a travel agency website ( landmine of scams).
Getting Info on Visa applications need not be this complicated. Going through embassy website can be irritating, because sometimes the literature (English) is not clear, due to phrasing and grammatical errors.
This ETA thingy, it's not just Sri Lanka? Basically, it's Visa application online? Is this a new thing?
