Hi everyone!
I'm heading out to oz first week of september hoping to spend month in Sydney, then travel east coast. Does anyone else have similar plans and be out there around the same time? I'm traveling alone so would love some company.
Keely.

Hi Keely,

I'm heading to Oz the 1st week of September as well and have the same plans....plan to go to Sydney first then travel up along the east coast then settle somewhere like Perth or Broome to get work :) Have you booked your visa or flights yet?

Maria :)

Hi Eli,

Have you booked anything yet? Have you any plans on where you want to go first? My plan is to go to Sydney first for a few weeks and then travel the east coast. I'm the same haven't been away from home for a very long period of time but I'm so excited about going to Oz it should be such an experience :)

Hey everyone,

I am also booked to go to Australia in September. I arrive in Sydney on the 6th! I booked through STA travel as part of the work australia package with bunac. It is a group flight so I will be flying out with people doing the same package. The price for the flights was pretty good as it includes three days in Hong Kong on the way over there. Just thought I would let you know incase anyone is looking for flight deals and packages. I plan to travel up the east coast after Sydney aswell I think. Really excited but slightly nervous at the same time but its nice to know we are all in the same boat!!

heyy my names cameron

Im new to anything like this so jus seeing what the response is like. ive booked a flight to australia on the 16th sep from glasgow, going to singapore for a few days in between.

Ive taken out a years working visa and sadly the person i was going with has pulled out so im going solo. ive seen most people on here seem to be flying to sydney. im actually flying into melbourne.

I dont really have any set plans at the momement as i dont want to tie myself down to any one place i was jus wondering if anyone could give me advice on whers good to go or where would be a good place to get work? ive got friends who are there and who have done it all before but id rather have a fresh prespective :) would just be nice to hear fromn people in the same situation.

Hey guys,

Sorry for the delay in replying but yeah I would definitely be interested in meeting up with you guys at some point in Sydney. Have you booked your flights yet?

Cameron, I studied in Glasgow for four years and live about forty minutes away so know it well :) I don't really have any plans as of yet in Australia. I fly to Sydney and I am just gonna go from there really.
