Waterproofing Camera and ipod

Hi,

Im going to Thailand in a few weeks..going to the island and then up north for Songkran (which involves lots of people throwing water at each other)...

anyway, I really want to take pictures at all these great events and locations but am afraid of water/sand damage to my canon ixus 115 camera, and ipod touch....

can anyone suggest any waterproof cases...I've seen a few but would like to know if anyone has purchased these and what they thought...

Well there are lots of waterproof case for canon in the market through which you can even take underwater shots and be worry - free during inclement weather.

As you mentioned there are quite a few waterproof cases available. I would recommend first seeing if Canon makes a case specifically for your camera. If not, check out Dicapac or Pelican cases as they will have models suitable for your camera and iPod.
