Good day, my name is Razaq,i am project manager working for an NGO,and i would like to visit Parcchanort ,exhibition center Marseille for an event on WORLD WATER FORUM, 12-17 march,during the course of my visit i would like a buddy to show me places and moreover i am gonna need an apartment to stay during of my visit,it an NGO project and i want to spend less,and not pay huge sum of money to hotel if anyone has a better offer reach me on

For cheap accommodation, try hostelbookers or hostelworld.

You have left it very late though so may have trouble getting a cheap room.
