winnipeg to london

Hi there I just joined this website. my husband and I are planning to go to London, Scotland, Ireland and then back to London in October for our 25th wedding anniversary. I have no ideas where to stay if we should rent a vehicle and travel around or take a bus. I haven't booked any flights yet(someone told me its cheaper to fly from winnipeg,mb,canada to paris) if anyone could help me out thank you in advance. This is very exciting and a little scary but I'm up for the adventure.

I priced flights from Winnipeg to Dublin and from Chicago to Dublin - guess what, you could fly from Chicago for about $600. (American Air), but it costs almost twice that to fly from Winnipeg to Dublin on Air Canada (those are roundtrips)

Canadians pay very heavy taxes!
