booking a flight with Ryanair can be pretty annoying too. They advertise extremely cheap prices but when you try to book the flight they add up a lot of fees. At least most of the fees are optional and can be deselected but it´s not always obvious how. Now they even try to sell you suitcases during the booking process!
I booked and paid for a flight once, on Expedia. Then I got an email that there was a problem with the flight, and I should call them. When I did, they told me that flight was not available, and I had to get another one for about $80 more. Later, I checked on their website, and they were still advertising, at the same price, the flight they'd told me was unavailable! This was a couple of days after they first sent me the email, so they'd had plenty of time to update it, if it really was sold out. It was all a scam, I guess.
I'd love to do a survey on a plane, asking each passenger how much they paid for that flight. I'm sure almost every passenger would give you a different answer.
This airlines probably hold meetings, discussing how they should design their websites and marketing strategies.
Air India is just frustrating... Tiger air, could do something with the currency converter. and Cebu Pacific and most airlines in the Philippines have the most "misleading ads"... ranging from, 90% off to the "O fares promo".
I want to ask, What is the cheapest airlines to fly to Turkey from India??? Or how much would be cheap to get to Turkey from India.
Is air india a budget airlines?
