If anyone was thinking of getting an appartment for a while in Sydney or more importantly Bondi DONT use the fully furninshed company as the guy who runs the shoddy operation has no people skills what so ever and I dont think he could organise a piss up in a brewery if his life depended on it.
Unfortunatly I was not warned against him and me and a few friends live in Bondi in one of his appartments and it has ants which he wont deal with, he expected us to carry a glass table up the road to his office cozit was broken (by previous tennants)
He isnt very willing to help out when something goes wrong which happens to be alot.
Also no 2 rooms are the same rent which seems a little unfair as they are the same size.
DONT USE HIM!!!!!!!!! You have been warned!!!!!!!!

Hmmm, sounds to me like any number of folk renting out apartments to backpackers in and around Sydney....

What are you paying in rent? There might be a reason the service is that bad.

The rent shouldnt have anything to do with ther service we recieve. The apartment on a whole isnt that bad its the guy who runs the operation who couldnt tell his arse from his elbow if his life depended on it.

The laws of economics do have it unfortunately that when something is really cheap (which backpacker accommodation usually is) and there isn't much/any money being made on it, service tends to drop as a result. It's unfortunate but true.

I used to stay at this place in Coogee which was a dive as well, but it was cheap so we put up with it being that way in return for that fact. Now, if he is treating you badly as a tenant or doing something which reeks of being illegal, that's a different matter and you should take it up with the proper authorities. Renters rights are protected pretty decently in Australia!

Man, that place we used to stay in was hilarious. My room leaked in two places and one of the beds had been someone else's garbage. Ah yes, the good ol' days!!!
