Hey guys!

Thanks for the heads up Julie! Can't be dealing with that! I had a British Airways quote, which was from Heathrow to Sydney then 6 months later Bangkok and then Heathrow, £1200! Not too bad.. Joanne think we better look at something slightly more expensive!
Quantas-Emirates-Virgin-British Airways I think, Elle I will have a look at Cathay! Never really heard of them but sure worth a look!

Joanne, I would like to rent not too long after arriving! Maybe a week or two in Hostel then rent, would be good if we could all get a place before Xmas! Make shift xmas dinner aswell haha. Joanne when you book let me know because hopefully I could get the same/similar flight!

Hope your having a lovely monday!

me and my gf landing in sydney on the 6th dec on a 1yr WHV, cannot wait! stopping at wake up hostel for 1 week first, havent booked any of those intro packages as reading through discussions figures you can do it all yourself for cheaper.

is anyone else at wake up from the 6th dec for a week or so, would be good to meet up with people,

we're staying in sydney for xmas and new year, my friend told me about a festival on NYE called "shore thing" its on Bondi Beach, meant to be like a mini creamfields!!

plan is to then go up the east coast from early jan to cairns via campervan... which leads me to a question, pros and cons of camper van??

look forward to hearing and hopefully meeting ya
