I'm very excited and I figured that I will let all of you (my travel buddies) know...I'm going back to Paris this April! My friend and I booked our trip today and I can't wait. This Paris nut is going to have her addiction quenched for a little while at least.

Katie ;)

Hey, lucky you! Tell us where you go and all about your trip. While you're in Paris, I'll be at work

Congrats, Katie! You've got me reminiscing about Paris again... by far my favourite trip ever. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy! Isn't there a song about Paris in the Spring?

Sounds great, some relatives showed me round Amsterdam last Sunday and I offered to return the favour. I do hope they take me up on it.

Oops my first post and I mess it up. I meant to say return the favour in Paris.

Take lots of pictures. I'll expect to see them at the TP meet up in Montreal in September (that's still on, right?)

Congrats!! Enjoy your trip! If you haven't seen it yet, try watching "Le fabuleux destin d'Amelie Poulain" to get in the perfect Paris mood :)

There is no place like Paris (and New York). Both times I went I didnt spend a whole lot of time and I cant wait to go back. It is just a little far from the US but worth the trip. Have fun!!

I agree with areinstein, Paris and New York are the two cities that I know I will keep returning to. I was lucky enough to be in Paris for the bicentenary of the revolution in 1989 and I've been back many times since. I used to work for a French company and a perk of the job was attending meetings and training courses in my favourite city. I got engaged there too but that's a different story.
