Budget Tips Competition

We're running a budget travel tips competition throughout the next month and now inviting submissions.

If you are a budget-savvy traveller, you never eat for more than £10, and friends ask you before visiting the Half Price Ticket Booth, then we welcome you to join in.

We are looking for tips on transport, food, activities, accommodation - anything that saves money in London!

Everyone can be part of this competition and we have some cool prizes lined up for those willing to share their best money saving tips: every entry will receive a free travel sim card, plus entrants will be in with the chance to win a $200 travel voucher.

Imagine how far a voucher like that can stretch for a shoestring traveller!

People using public transportation in London should definitely get an Oyster card instead of buying single tickets. There´s really a huge difference between those two, as the Oyster card lets you save about 50% on the price.

In London it is cheaper to travel on the buses rather than the Tube, and if you get the front seat of a double decker bus you get to see where you are going, and way better value than the Tour Buses!!
