Travel agents in Hong Kong will arrange visas for you, at a price. There is a dedicated Shenzhen visa for such visits but I don't know if you will be allowed it.

The English language newspapers usually have a travel section in, with addresses and phone numbers of travel agents.

as far as i know, philippines passport holders are not eligible for the 5-day shenzhen visa that is obtainable from HK. u will have to apply for a china visa in manila itself.

i also found some info on a website:

"The Shenzhen five-day visa is meant mostly for Australian, Canadian, Irish, New Zealand and most EU passport holders. We do not have any report of other nations being successful in obtaining it. As holders of Philippines passport, you are required to apply for visa to China, single-entry at 1400 peso, double-entry at 2100 peso and 6-months multiple-entry at 2800 peso. Minimum time to get your visa is 4 working days, but you can pay extra for a 2-working day service. For more information, please visit http://ph.china-embassy.org/ "
