Visiting USA after being convicted of drink driving?

Hi everyone,

About 4 years ago my Mum was arrested for drink driving. Will she be able to travel to the USA on the ESTA?

I know that some of you who have criminal records have just taken your chances and not had any problems, I'm just not sure what to do.
