PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING BUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I travelled from Hoi an to Nha Trang with this company of Wednesday night. DONT I WISH I HAD READ TRIP ADVISOR FIRST!!!! i had all for the same problems as everyone else- over crowded, dirty, stopping to pick up " cargo " in the middle of the night. All of which could have been written off as a unque experiance and retold with a laugh when i returned home to friends. HOWEVER the second bus driver who was lying in the isle for the first half of the trip i noticed spent alot of his time " leaning " on travelllers lugagge and feeling around. When we stopped for a toliet break my not so sharp friend left his ipod lying on his bed. When we returned it was gone!

Another travaller told us she seen the bus driver pick it up. After a confrontaion he took the ipod out oif his pocket and gave it back minus the expensive earphones. We decided to finish this conversation in nha trang so we didnt end up being kicked off the bus.

When we arrived in Nha Trang the thief promptly left the bus and was no where to be seen. The first bus driver was still there and after it was clear he wasnt going to give us backthe earphones we gave up and went to catch a taxi.

THIS IS WHEN THINGS GOT REALLY BAD.......... you see the bus key was missing. At no time did it occur to the bus driver that the thieving scumbag of an offsided took it OHHHHHHH NO it must have been us rite?????? so yeliding a metal pole and calling his friends for help one of which had a brick in his hand these lunatics came after us! they broke the bag off the back of my friend whilst grabbing him and thratened to smash my boyfriends head in. This drama went on for more that 20mins. No taxi would take us because the bus driver was telling them we stole from them!!!!!! After 20mins or so the bus driver recieved a phone call ( obviously from thief number 1) and then they just walked off!!!! jUST LIKE THAT. Clearly the missing bus key had been located!!!!

SO PLEASE DONT TRAVEL WITH THIS COMPANY NOT ONLY ARE THEY DIRTY, DODGY AND UNSAFE IF THEY DONT LIKE WHAT YOUR ARE DOING THE RESERVED THE RIGHT TO SMASH YOUR SKULL IN!!!!!!!!

Please post this same info on the Tripadvisor Vietnam forum - I'm sure many people would appreciate your good advice. Aside from the theft issues, sleeper buses are death traps in my opinion - just google "bus accidents vietnam" to see the horror stories.

Yeah, katy. Next time you're planning to vist vietnam again, stick to one good bus/accomodation company. Sinh cafe/ Sinh tourist. They are great!

But once, my friend and i was too silly to go for the "cheaper" deal in mui ne.
We ended up gotten cheated, bad miscommunication and was more expensive than sinh tourist recommended accomodation. OMG. But! it was still my best backpacking trip to date.

I would really recommend sinh tourist to anything else. -Speaks fairly good english as well-
