recommendations needed for Halkida, Evia

Until the end of the month i'll be traveling around Evia and Skiathos!
Does anyone have any good suggestions for bars, restaurants and beaches around Evia, Halkida??
Also i am looking for renting a villa in Skiathos!!!
Any help?
