Working in Niseko, Japan for 2012/2013 and need accommodatio

How do you find cheap accommodation/share for long term stay in Niseko? I am living and working from November through to April.
Is there anyone that can assist me? There will be two of us???

The words "cheap accommodation" and Japan don't go together well. Niseko is in a fairly isolated region so basically you pay their prices or go without.

Having said that Niseko has a railway station so you can get in from elsewhere.

Or see if you can hire an apartment there or near there since you will be there for months.

Book something fairly soon as I would think rooms fill up quickly.

As it's a ski resort I should imagine it will be quite cold in winter, like when you are there. I remember a blizzard in part of Japan one year when I was there, so they do have some bad weather at times, and in places.
