What is your best place in India for traveling???
My best place is Rajasthan.

I am only thinking about going to India in december. Looking for travel companion )

I've been to Bangalore and the best places I visited near Bangalore:

Mysore - the second largest city in the state of Karnataka. The city is situated at the base of Chamundi Hills and is famous for the Dussehra celebrations during which a large number of tourists visit the city.

Tirupati - one of the most popular temple towns situated in the Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh

Coimbatore - excellent South Indian tourism spot, popularly known for its landscape spotted with divine shrines and temples

India is a big country and very fast growing as well. Lot of city which is attracts the tourist. Well lot of tourist destination in India. But I prefer Chennai because last month i went Chennai and there is lot of places and tourist destination like beaches, temples historical place which is very attractive.

Yes you are right. India is vast country. there are so many best place in india, but Banglore is one of the best place in india.

India is a great tourist attraction place. The place where I would like to go is Rajasthan. It is land of kings. There are many tourist attraction places in Rajasthan -
1) Jaipur, known as pink city.

2) Udaipur, known as city of lakes.

3)Ajmer,Pushkar

4)Bikaner and Jaisalmer

Most of the peoples in India preferred to going on hill area's like Uttarakhand, Nainital and in bay area's like Goa, Kerala, Chennai.

Business preferred to visit Hubs like Hyderabad, Mumbai and Bangalore.

In my opinion the best place in India is kerala because good climate,hospitality,their foods, famous and beautiful hill stations are amazing,house boats are one of the famous specialty of kerala...day by day many travelers around the world are coming to Kerala because of all the characteristics and to enjoy the beautiful places and also the packages in house boats and other beautiful destinations in kerala....so make the trips to kerala to generate many memorable days in kerala....

I think the highlights of India are spread around the country, and it depends on what you are looking for.
My favorite places:

Best historical or "tourist" towns: Hampi, Bundi, Jaisalmer, Pushkar, Orchha, Cochin
Best major cities: Mumbai and Kolkatta
Places that I just loved being in: Varanasi, Ladahk, Goan beaches, Kerelan backwaters, and Sikkim.

Kerala one of the main attraction of India.. The God's Own Country is rich in natural beauty... There are many tourist locations in kerala like high ranges, hill stations, waterfalls, wildlife, backwater, houseboats, resorts etc... The backwater and houseboat is my favorite one.. last year we go there with my friends.. its a suitable location with our partner... I always choose -snip- to travel..
