Best picks for 3 days in Protugal

Hi,
I will be travellin to Portugal for a conference at the end of September.

Since the conference is in Lisbon I will be staying there for almost 11 days but at the end I have 3 reaming days before I head back.

I was wondering what would be the best shot for those 3 days?
I was thinking that I will have enough time to explore Lisbon during the conference, but I am totally clueless for the last 3 days..

any suggestions?
Also suggestions for Lisbon would be greatly appreciated too

Without knowing what might interest you - Sintra, but again as it is close you may have time during the days in Lisbon. Evora perhaps. There will be pages of info. available with a 'google' of Lisbon.
