You still haven't told me how long you plan to be in Asia, Anne

I did! I sent you an email yesterday, actually two (one with the plans, one with a link for pics). Let me check to see if I have the right address. Meanwhile, here was my message...just in case you dont get it...again.

Hey Warren. I looked at your pics, they look great by the way. Just to
give you an idea of how long I will be there (hence my time constraints for
what I can see), I will be arriving on April 29th morning. I am leaving
May 15th around 8 am. You probably know that here in the US, vacation time
is not too generous.
My original plan was as follows (take into consideration I sleep very little
and I eat very little when I am on "vacation", this is true):

Arrive on 4/29 into Bangkok, spend two/three days there, go to Siem Reap,
spend three days there, take the Rambo boat to PP, spend two days there,
head to HCMC, spend three days there and if I have few days left maybe head
down to Phuket or one of the Thailand islands.

Now, since we are planning to go to Chiang Mai, it will be Bangkok, Chiang
Mai, Laos, Siem Reap and the rest as planned before. Do you have any better
suggestions?

I never like to spend more than 2-3 days anywhere. I almost never do in any
vacation, I like to see as much as I can during the time that I am there.
If I have time to go to Malasya for even two days, I am up for that. I know
you may think this is crazy but I saw half of Europe in two weeks in 2004
and I can guarantee you I didn't miss a thing. I am open to suggestions
about an itinerary based on any geographical constraints I may encounter
(eg. going from Laos to Siem Reap). Anyway, let me know what you think when
you get a chance, no big rush. I don't have to decide anything until I get
there, that is the beauty of backpacking. Talk to you soon!

Okay. I've just received, and am now reading your emails, Anne.

It's almost 2am Saturday here in China. My eyes are very tired, as I've been sorting out pictures for uploading. I'm now rated #4 on CTC. I think I can make it to #2 before very long. Also, been creating more online storage space for other pix.
+
Just started creating a new webpage.
+
Should soon be able to start scanning hardcopy photo's. I got charged excess baggage last time I carried all the paper photo's with me.

Your itinerary sounds cool. There's a post over in the Asia Forum; I think entitled "Thailand Secrets". Have a look at what I 've written about the islands in the Koh Chang Marine Park. I included contact details for further info.

From PP, you could catch a bus down to Sihanoukville, southern Cambodia ... then catch a boat across to Thailand. Koh Chang is just on the Thai side of the border.

Ciao

So, it is true - Wocca never sleeps...

The plot thickens....

i suspect Wocca to be a narcoleptic- this would explain his presence at all hours of the day/night with those eerie quiet spells in between.

I suspect that he simply sits at his computer all day and just starts typing as soon as he wakes up - refreshed and full of new ideas from his dreams/nightmares.

I think you're on to something there, Eve!
