Gelli
But what do I know....I make beer for a living, not money.

Hi Mr. Isa,

Be prepared - Gelli's probably going to ask you to move in with him now. He's on the lookout for a mate with a brewery.

I think I am a little late for this forum...anything that needed to be said, has been said already. I can only add a little of my experience when I felt I was between crossroads in my life, probably in my mid-twenties. I had to sacrifice a lot on my 20s while everyone else was out having fun, travelling, spending, etc. to be able to plan my future a bit. I dont think that meant I had settled but merely I was planning for tomorrow as Mr. Isa mentioned. Now that I am pretty much there and my career and future is somewhat secured, I have enjoyed my travels even more. My attitude then was, traveling will always be there, I just need to "sacrifice" now, the reward will come later...

I cant go away as long as I would like to but it certainly feels good to be worried free when you are more financially secure, instead of worrying how you spend every dollar/euro when you dont know what tomorrow may bring. I guess you dont know either way since one could argue that we spend so much time worrying about careers and dont enjoy life enough. But in your case, if this postponment only means 2-3 years out of your life, then wait. Time flies...that is again, as long as you get hit by that bus.

I hope you meant DON'T get hit by that bus... Otherwise, time is stopped dead in it's tracks - so to speak. It won't be flying anywhere.

Does Gelli have an opeing bid for that mate with the brewery? I'm not saying Mr. Isa is up for sale, but renting might be an option... (Kidding Mr. I!!)

In that scenario, time may not be flying anywhere, but chances are I will be...

By the by, do sheep need passports?

Yes as pets, no as livestock.

Live for today, but plan for tomorrow. But what do I know....I make beer for a living, not money.

Thank you. I think my decision has just been made. Got any jobs going?

and

just that it's easier to do whatever you want with a fat wallet

To be honest, the financial bit doesn't bother or really affect me at all, and it sure as heck isn't something i'm going to worry about. And fat wallets just mean easier targets for leaches and pick pockets.

Unless i get a better offer (hint to Mr. Isa), will let you all know what i've decide on Monday

That's okay - we knew what you meant.

Can't wait to see what the opening bid for Mr. Isa is going to be! We need a retirement/travel fund. (Hint, hint!)

Do the sheep need them if they are our "significant others"?

Mr. Isa here...
You just need bigger pants to hide that fat wallet!

Mr. Isa again
Gelli - I may be easy but I'm not cheap! (Nudge, nudge, wink, wink...)
