Hey,

Im travelling to Oz in Dec and heard there some British bank cards that you can use and wont be charged a fee for withdrawing money does any 1 know?

Nationwide doesn't charge for overseas withdrawals with their current account. Also the HSBC advance account doesn't charge, but there is a monthly account fee so it depends how much you travel as to whether it would be worth it.

Post Office used to have no foreign transaction fees...

The bank may not charge you but the ATM you use may charge you instead. I took out a travel card which I use in USA which is free from the travel card company but I've found every single ATM that I have used here has charged me. :-(

Some cards in Canada pay foreign transaction fees as well... worth investigating further for UK and other cards as well...
