Mojorob was kind enough to sticky this thread to get more participants. I hope it works!!! Also, please consider an hour for a virtual on-line thing. Some of us would like to know who are attendees, where you are and what you're doing (and have done beside visiting every pub in town).
I'm also in the camp for second weekend in Nov. No guarantee that i could make it, but if i did I would need to know reasonably soon so i can try and find cheap transport (and probably get 1-2 days off work).
James - As this is your trip we are crashing in on, is there any chance of you having a think in next few days and picking a specific date/weekend? It's easier for people to plan when we have one (even if it's just a 'sorry, definitely can't do that date!') and at the moment it's a bit too vague for most people to commit/otherwise to.
Seems that everyone, including me, is not sure where they're going to be at any particular time.
So at this stage I'll put it out there that we meet on Saturday November 10 at 4pm out the front of the Haagen-Daz cafe on Leicester Square.
I'll post any changes to this to this thread.
Hope to see you (or someone) there.

Hey is this meet up still on next week?
Yep, still on.
4pm, outside of Haagen Daz Leicester square
Hey guys, still trying to make this work, but looks like I might be a bit later if I do make it (flight lands at 4:25). I see Jase is arriving later as well, so trust there will still be some peeps around for a dinner or something?
Okay, flights booked and I managed to use some miles to get on an earlier flight, so should be at Haagen Daaz at 4! Got a flight bright and early the next morning too which I'm sure will be just lovely
For those who can't make it right at 4, I will come on and post where our first stop is. I know there are a few showing up between 4 and 6, so I think we'll try and stay put for the first few hours to allow people to gather.
There's a few pubs I have in mind, but want to see how the crowds are and where we might be able to get a table before committing.
