Abu Dhabi: Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque

I have a questions re Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque please:

Can you go up any of the minarets? (I've seen some great photos that must've have been taken from the top of a minaret, but I'm not sure if the general public are allowed up?)
